Building your own buggy & need a centre chain drive to suit your bike engine?
Here is a centre drive Spool based on proven & tough Edge S1 components.
Set up to take 930 Porsche style CV joints that simply bolt straight on.

Has the following features:
Solid 6061 T6 Alloy centre drive hub.
Huge 110x150x20 Bearings.
Steel 60 tooth 530 pitch drive sprocket.
315mm floating brake rotor.
Twin piston Wilwood caliper with brake pads.
Turnbuckle chain adjustment.
Mounting carriage that welds into the chassis.

Adjusting the chain is a simple process;
Loosen two cap screws on either side of the drive carriage.
Loosen the two lock nuts on the turnbuckle
Adjust the turnbuckle by rotating the centre nut.
This moves the Spool assembly backwards or forwards.
Lock up all screws & nuts.

As a bonus this Spool is being sold with two 930 CV joints included free of charge.
The CV's are $125,00 each, so that's $250.00 of parts for Free.

Pictures show the Spool sitting on a section of 75x50mm, (3"x 2") RHS.
This would be a suitable size material, integrated into the chassis to weld the Spool carriage to.
